In 1926, famed golf architect Donald Ross chose an old dairy farm as the perfect place to create his famous course, “The Carolian 9”. Today, this is still the ideal setting to create a one-of-a-kind golf destination. Nestled between the Great Smoky and Blue Ridge mountains in Western North Carolina, our 165 acres present us with a bounty of breathtaking terrain in which to build upon Ross’s original vision. In partnership with Bobby Weed Golf Design, the golf course is fully renovated into a traditional 18-hole course, while preserving the history of the original Donald Ross design.
